There are no scereenshots within the browser yet. it's still too early in its development. You can capture using Windows snipping tool, or any other screenshot tool, or alt+prt scrn to save to clipboard and then open any imaging program/new file/paste or Menu/File/Print and save as PDF.

Never looked in to it but almost surely the screenshots are saved in the notes DB together whit all other notes.
Yo can use a Sqlite editor to look inside it.

I totally forgot about the screenshots in Notes. If you can figure out how to use Notes (which I really can't to be frank), it seems like if you use the plus sign up top to create a new note, you can then use the plus sign down bottom to add a screen shot to it, and then you can save the note. THEN, if you open the screen shot in the browser, you can go to "File" in the Vivaldi Menu and select "Save as" and it will open a dialog to save it as "download.png" and you can change the name and folder from there to save it as whatever name in whatever folder you want.
