Twitch Low Latency Support
-
I know that vivaldi runs on the chrome engine, however when watching content on twitch.tv the latency to the broadcaster is not the same as using chrome by itself. When trying to spoof the user agent it either breaks other content on other websites or just does not work at all. When clicking on settings (the little gear on the bottom of the video) -> advanced -> video stats you can see that it shows normal latency as well as the latency to the broadcaster. To give comparison, firefox and vanilla chrome will typically give a low latency of around 2-4 seconds where vivaldi often gives a normal latency of 10 seconds or more depending on the broadcaster. The feature I am requesting is to support twitch.tv low latency options.
Examples from the same broadcaster:

Hi! If you (or someone just searching on how to fix this issue) still need the fix - install this extension to Vivaldi and enable this user-agent in settings:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36
It's a lightweight extension and it helped me to finally fix this issue, as i wanted to switch to Vivaldi from Chrome. You can also set it up to work only on Twitch, so other websites will still see you as a Vivaldi user.

Every other browser has this working without the need for extensions.

@sucrose That doesn't include that the supplier supports everyone. The solution is still legit.

Vivaldi now supports low latency on twitch.
