Show Title & URL when mouseover on Rewind/FastForward buttons

Currently we have to guess or remember the tab's history before click on the button, this cause using these buttons somewhat unpredictable. Yes, we can click & hold to access the tab history, but this would defeat the purpose of Rewind/FastForward button because we can already do so with Back/Forward buttons.
IMHO it would be much useful to display the target's Title & Url with popinfo when mouseover both buttons.
