[Windows] Prevent to install standalone in system protected paths

It seems that standalone vivaldi can be installed in paths like:
This shouldn't be allowed, as windows can easily take over these folders - even with Admin Rights - and thus cause strange glitches/issues to the browser. In the worst scenario, V won't load at all.
//EDIT: The guide seems to suggest to put standalone in user folder. I don't think is a good idea.
