Request for option to turn OFF moving buttons.

As I don't like svg icons (they are so plain and simple), I modded Vivaldi UI years ago with buttons to simulate the look of old Opera I used and loved for more than 15 years. My mod
Now I use and love Vivaldi and appreciate everything you do and wait eagerly for the mail client.
One thing that I don't like is introduction of the "moving buttons". Although it's useful and needed for some users, it prevents modifying buttons.
Vivaldi's motto "Your browser matters. Take control with Vivaldi". Unfortunately, with this new buttons I lost control of my UI. All my Navigation buttons modifications gone and I cant't find a way to return them back.My request is "Give us an option to turn OFF new moving buttons" to make possible to mod them again.

@brook At the moment, customizing buttons is not possible anymore as the classes for such customizations are went away (at the code level). Hope this will change. Disabling movements won't make moddable again.
You still can upvote the request to have back (in some form). -

Me too, and that's why I made this request!

It looks like there is a way to make buttons customizable again.
@tam710562 did a great job to make it possible!
The problem is, regular users (including myself) have no experience and don't want to play with Javascript. Here comes Vivaldi to rescue - implement this as an option please

unfortunatelly i had to use child position to reference some buttons, hopefully this will be reverted, and maybe even made more consistent.
for example i refer to reload button with.toolbar-mainbar.toolbar-noflex.toolbar-large > div:nth-child(3)
