Vivaldi has issue playing some ecards

eg: at site care2.com I click on a card and either nothing plays or a screen changes color like card is about to start, but then, nothing.
Yes, I have flash allowed. No error message.
IE works fine.

@astro46 At the end of the url field, there is an icon indicating that "Content from unauthenticated sources has been blocked." This is caused by mixed content - https & http.
If you trust the site(s) enough, you can click that icon to "allow" - then it works.
@TbGbe : thanks, that fixed it.
and, to the developers: Secret permissions? Not user friendly. How about a notification if a "feature" is keeping a site from working? Like the flash filter, set to ask, but doesn't. Just blocks, unless the user knows to, and how, to change it to 'allow'. If you are trying to keep most users away from Vivaldi, this is a good way to do it.

Nothing is secret. A blocked icon is shown in address field.
The webpage embeds flash content in a insecure way.
As Flash content will be out of support after end of 2019 nobody will add fixes.
@Gwen-Dragon : There was no mention of a fix for this particular issue. You will notice that I mentioned a couple if issues. The comment regarded a general design/policy issue of alerting users when something is keeping a web page from displaying properly, the cause is known to the browser, can be corrected by user, but no notification is given.

How should the browser know what is wrong if a website's flash content is embedded in a incorrect way?
I do not think a large popup should be displayed if incorrect/insecure content is blocked.
but may be everyone has her/his own opinions how users shoudl be guided.
If you think your problem can be solved by a missing feature, please add a request at Feature Requests forum.
@Gwen-Dragon , thanks. Feature request posted.
