Save and Reopen Save Session Cookies in Private Window

  • Hi,
Currently in Vivaldi, if you open a saved session in Private Window, the cookies are wiped out, making you log in again. Can there be an option to open a saved session in private window, and keep the cookies associated with that session?

Use case: You want to maintain cookies and login information across different private sessions for things you don't want appearing during your regular browsing.

@k7gV8Y This would be interesting to try to implement, as the architecture of private windows (as a function of the underlying Chromium engine) prohibits the storage of cookies beyond the current session. One way this is implemented is that opening a private window denies access to cookies outside the current session.
