Centered images
-
My main reason for using Vivaldi is that it provides a lot of useful functionality out of the box without extensions. Like an old 'Presto Opera' that many people, myself included, used and loved.
What do you think about adding an option to see centered images over a dark background by default like in Firefox when you open a link to a single image? Or maybe over a customizable or default or whatever background but centered. Right now I have to use this extension - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/center-images/damadkdlkdhpeeehnobhpeifjnmfkkjg But I think it would be nice to have this feature as a part of the browser.

@finoderi This is strange. Most images by default will do this:
centred black background example
But some images don't behave like this:
left-aligned white background example
I think this is a bug rather than a feature request, as all images should appear centred.

Wow, you're right. I've disabled aforementioned extension and tested some image links and all images are centered, but it looks like any animated images with .webm and .givf extensions are not centered. So it could be a partial feature request after all.
When I installed Vivaldi about a year ago none of the images opened by links were centered but I didn't check image alignment since then. -
@finoderi I've moved the topic back to the feature request forum. In any case, I've filed a bug as VB-51136.

@LonM Well, I've just submitted the report VB-51137, but thank you.
