Tabs opened from History Navigation buttons should copy the parent tab history
-
Here is my first ill-located feature request:
https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/31556/tabs-opened-from-history-navigation-buttons-should-copy-the-parent-tab-historyCurrent behavior
Tabs opened by middle-clicking or control-clicking the previous / next / rewind / fast-forward do not inherit their parent history.
Expected behavior
Tabs opened by middle-clicking or control-clicking the previous / next / rewind / fast-forward should inherit (clone) their parent tab history.
Note
(Note.b) The feature already works with [Right-click-the-tab > Clone] or by middle-clicking the Reload button.
Use cases
See my first post (link above)
(Note.a) This behavior has been the default in Chrome and Firefox for a while now. I really don't know why Vivaldi doesn't do the same, given that the "clone tab with history" feature already works.
