Wells Fargo Shows "Unavailable" Message
-
I have deleted cache (finally got it done) but Vivaldi still shows the message that the Wells site is temporarily unavailable, probably from 2 weeks ago. I had not had a problem with the login until four days ago and had been logging on successfully until then. Chrome and Firefox do not have this problem.
-
Does this happen as soon as you go to wellsfargo.com, or after trying to log in?
-
V goes to the site just fine. Once the login info is entered, the login fails. I use a password manager to fill the login info.
-
Now, even worse!
"Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."
Maybe Wells is going bad, but there is still no problem in Chrome. -
I would:
- turn off any adblocker, downloader or anti-tracker and re-test.
- Check your Vivaldi settings for cookies, and pop-up blocking.
- Disable all add-ons.
See if it works then
-
@mesns No problem with it here, at all. Never has been in four years, and still isn't. Are you behind a VPN or proxy?
Do you run any extensions?
-
I run a pretty clean browser with few extensions and no VPN/Proxy. I disabled the few extensions but get the same response. No problem in Chrome or Firefox.

@mesns How about 3rd party security software? Do you use any? Whatever's happening, it's not inbuilt in Vivaldi.
