How to choose preference folder with command line argument?

  • How do I choose preference folder with command line argument? I expect something similar to old Opera's "-pd" argument (for example, Opera profile in any folder or maybe a few more here )

  • --user-data-dir=/path/to/foo

Seeing www.chromium.org/…/* to read Vivaldi documentation is something I never want to do! If the documentation is the same, it should be copied for something like https://vivaldi.net/help/creating-and-using-profiles. And I hope that many many things will be different from chrom* browsers, which I don't use, and don't want to.

And I hope some local and offline help will exist in Vivaldi (in "old" TP3 it didn't). If any online help pages are needed, it should not be any gg owned domain.

But thank you for saying the answer: –user-data-dir
    :D
