Auto show/hide panels

When I want the web-page to be more immersive, making Vivaldi maximized still leaves some width for the panel toggle thing, the long button that toggles the visibility of the web panel.
Would love it even more if there was a option to make the panel toggle from "Show Panel Toggle" thinner like about 1 px or something like that when the browser is full screen and back to normal width when in windowed mode. I feel like there is no need for the toggle to be thicker than a pixel if the browser is full-screen and the toggle is at the edge.
Makes web-pages even more immersive when maximizing the browser which is when we want ti to be immersive.

@bithst Not sure what you mean, but "F4" is the the default key to hide/show the panel completely.
