More Functionality for Web Panels

Some web pages don't have a mobile version, does not fit nicely within the web panel or Vivaldi doesn't seem to notify you when changes occur in the web panel. I would like to be able to edit the functionality per web panel entry, e.g.,

-- set font size or style, e.g. be able to fit more text in each simplenote-note .
-- reduce image sizes or disable images, e.g. be able to reduce the Facebook Messenger avatars and view a larger list of the contacts.
-- be notified of new messages with a visual change in the web panel icon, counter and/or standard browser notification, e.g. Telegram and Facebook Messenger
-- auto-refresh feature, e.g. refresh Instagram feed --- I do miss the native auto-refresh feature which Opera had.
