When tabs are already in thumbnails mode, don't show popup thumbnails when mouse hovering.

EDIT:
Note that I said "when tabs are already in thumbnails mode" as shown in my screenshot. I such case, it is not necessary to show the popup thumbnails anymore. But when tab thumbnail mode is collapsed again, the popup thumbnails should show again. It should be a smart automatic behavior. -
@TsunamiZ They are useful when the Tab Bar is on the top and the preview thumbnails are collapsed to zero or near zero.
The Tab Bar on the side can also be collapsed to an icon width, when the thumbnails on the tab bar are useless.
I think it should be optional. -
