      I think Chrome does this, because I keep trying to do it.

      1. When I want to type in the address bar, I'll do cmd-L to focus the address bar.
      2. whatever's currently in it will be selected. I'll type something in, which will overwrite its content...
      3. ...but oops, I made a typo. need to start over.
      4. try cmd-L again; expect all text to be selected so I can overwrite it
      5. does not work; must use cmd-A (or whatever) to select all and overwrite

      Thanks! Great work on Vivaldi. Switched from Chrome when v2 was released and haven't looked back.

        I don't think it is a bug, but let the devs decide.

        Undo (Ctrl Z) should fix typos.
