Vivaldi loads the wrong Flash Player

I must start off and say that I love Vivaldi as a browser on both Windows And linux, but on Mac I have one big issue, that stops me from using Vivaldi as my default browser. The issue is that Vivaldi only find and loads the NAPI based flash plugin instead of the PPAPI one (whatever I do, I can't get it to work), this makes flash based services almost impossible to use. According to Adobes flash test site, it can find the plugin but says its deactivated? I would love to use Vivaldi as my default browser even on mac, but as long as this issue persists that is not an option. Is there anyone else that has had this issue with Flash? That flash won't work/ work poorly on some sites.
I have the same issue. I wish I knew a solution. If it could be solved Vivaldi would be my browser of choice.
Try to disable the NPAPI version in vivaldi://plugins
You need to click in the "More details" button to see the two versions of flash listed.
Thx but I can only see one version on the plugins page.
Just the NPAPI version is installed. How do I get the PPAPI version?
Please go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Select Mac OSX 10…
Select FTP18 Mac ... PPAPI
Thx. Tried that but the PPAPI does not appear anywhere on the plugins page after running the installer.
Any ideas on how to get Vivaldi to point to the installed version of PPAPI in library/internet plugins/pepperflashplayer/pepperflashplayerplugin?

Yep same goes for me but only for Mac. Only NPAPI plugin is recognized by Vivaldi. Opera detects PPAPI just fine. Reported this a number of times already before.
EDIT: Awesome! New snapshot fixes this as per changelog! Thanks team! ^_^b
Don't report something more than once, this just bothers the team and make them lose their time reading and deleting your duplicate reports.
