Persistent Full-screen Pop-out Video
-
I have dual monitors, and would love to find a way to play a video on one screen, and navigate YouTube on another screen. YouTube probably won't bother implementing such a feature, but (I assume) it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for the browser to go from the current pop-out video to something which can be played full screen on another monitor, and for the video on any new page within that same tab to then automatically start playing in the same pop-out.

@greibush It's not a stretch. Yandex browser does this and it's one of my favorite features of it.

@greibush Firefox has this feature already, except that fullscreen mode on the secondary monitor can only be achieved by resizing the video pop-out to fill the screen.
One can, of course, already play any video or playlist in fullscreen mode on a secondary monitor using Vivaldi, but that is not quite the same as the feature that you are requesting.
If the pop-out video could be resized to any size that would be good enough for me.

This is a similar request https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/38180/video-settings

I would also like this feature. I used it all the time when I was using Opera. The PIP feature in Vivaldi is a start but it won't let me stretch out the video to fill the screen.
Would make it easier to just have one window open and pop out full screen on the second monitor. This way I don't need two Vivaldi windows.

I would also like to see this feature, and would use it a lot! Let us know if there are any plans for implementation.
