- play video and enable cc =subtitles (closed captions)
- enable pip (picture in picture)
BUG: see that pip window does not have subtitles while the (now black) original tab has them!

That is not a Vivaldi-only (2.2, 2.3) issue, it appears in all Chromium 71, 72 and 73 and Opera 57.
That is a bug in the Youtube Player. Please report that to Youtube!

Issue has to be fixed on Chromium side.
