Best way to report crashes in Stable version

I'd like to be a more useful Vivaldien citizen and be helpful when a problem arises. I-d like to know the best way to report crashes or misbehavior in the latest stable version: 2.2.1388.34 It has shut down itself with no warning, and also a secondary window has frozen visually completely but still responsive...
I've done my homework and made a search previously in the forums, but I'm not very convinced about the suggestions given in the following topics, as they are some years old:
The option "Vivaldi Diagnostics > Report Diagnostics" suggested here, is not present in latest stable Vivaldi's settings.
About the dump files suggested here, there are many files and I don't know how to choose the most useful.
debug.logsuggested here seems useful, but the thread is from 2 years ago... Maybe there is some better approach nowadays!
Can you please share how to help and be useful at present? Is there a preferred tool to use or something?
