Show Extender Menu if Tabs do not Fit the Tab Bar

Hide tabs that don't fit the tab bar button.
When button right clicked - show a list of hidden tabs.
When all tabs reach a minimum width, scroll button appears and you can click it to scroll hidden tabs or right click on it to show tabs list.
Something like in Firefox but in one button.

Well, it is the same Firefox feature divided into two -
ONLY if it were optional [which, V being V, it most certainly would be]. If i wanted a browser that hid my tabs out of my sight i'd already be using FF.

Opera 12.18 has three options:
- No Wrap (like Vivaldi does currently)
- Wrap to multiple lines
- Show Extender Menu
