How to clean up User Data\Default folder after Vivaldi trashed it with various junk files?

Today Vivaldi crashed again, taken the latest session with it, & trashed the Default folder with various .tmp, .ldb, LOCK, MANIFEST-000202...etc files. Basically i think there are a lot of new unrecognizable files shouldn't be there, but i don't know which one should be keep & delete.
Anyone know easy way to clean it up without resort to profile reset?
Is there any apps that can clean up the junk files inside Default folder?
Thanks for support.

What makes you think those files don't belong in the default directory?

@iAN-CooG I remember those files aren't there before the crashed, I did check the folder from time to time. I have experiencing unstable performance in the past because of those junk files located in the wrong folder or corrupted files. I fixed the problem with profile reset in the past, but i don't really want to do that if possible cuz it's very troublesome.
