Unnecessary white bar on top of the browser only seen on second monitor

Hello,
This is a simple problem so the following pictures explain it well enough:
The problem is easily distinguishable in Imgur but here it would blend into the background.
https://i.imgur.com/ypFW9VP.pngOn this one you can see that there is a clickable red "close" box in the top right corner, but to the left of it is nothing. (My cursor is set to not show on screencaptures)
- Tested on all the different applications I use on the same screen and none of them have the white bar.
- Tried switching the primary monitor from nvidia control panel.
- Newest nvidia drivers.
- Haven't reinstalled yet since I hope I don't have to.

@Frenzaih What is your Vivaldi version and Windows OS version?
It's a well-known bug that has been at least partially fixed in the latest Snapshots, but still occurs sometimes.
Press F11 twice to fix it.

@Pesala Hey! I feared it would be some petty problem, but I couldn't find any posts about it.
