Manually Import History from CSV Files

Because Chrome's history is limited to about 3 months, I used some extension to manage my history instead.
Now I have changed to Vivaldi and I have a CSV file of my history. It contains same stuff as what's in Vivaldi's history: URL, visit time, transition types(link, typed, form submit and so on...), page title.

It will be great if I can manually import this file to Vivaldi's history.

And there may be a bug.
The history I imported from chrome (those 3 months' history) are all of single transition type: link. There must be a reason for that.
