Snapshot 2.1.1332.4. Show strange bar when swipe fullscreen Vivaldi → Desktop → fullscreen Vivaldi

Hello! I found the bug on Vivaldi latest Snapshot 2.1.1332.4. When I changed active display from fullscreen Vivaldi to Desctop, and to fullscreen Vivaldi again by trackpad gesture of macOS, the strange bar showed on the top of tabbar. Like this video↓

When I used previous version 2.1.1328.4, This bug didn't happen. Incidentally, I use Vivaldi Snapshot 2.1.1332.4 on macOS Mojave 10.14. And this bug have happened on Opera from 8 month ago, too.

@kyu3a Confirmed here. The menu bar doesn't overlay anymore in full screen, when using the trackpad cursor to make it show (it works as expected using keyboard shortcut). It happened since 2.1.1328.4 on my mac.
