@gwen-dragon I have times tried that 3 times.

Same problem here. Every time I restart Vivaldi, I get the message "Sync disabled".
I do have an extra password on the synced data.

@Gwen-Dragon Good catch, thank you. I'm on a Ubuntu Linux derivative (KDE neon), and had not noticed that the Vivaldi PPA (upgrade channel) had been disabled by a recent OS update. Re-enabled it, upgraded Vivaldi, now it works.
-
@bovender I have noticed that also with Ubuntu upgrades Vivaldi (upgrade channel) gets disabled.
Testing it with Vivaldi 2.0.1309.42 that came out today.
-
@chas4 It is not working (works on first set up and then next Vivaldi start it fails)

@gwen-dragon Sync looks to have a possible bug in Vivaldi on macOS. First sync is fine then it fails on next start of Vivaldi and says the server rejected the credentials. (they were not rejected on first sync and my avatar shows in the Sync settings in Vivaldi)
-
@gwen-dragon Wanted to see if anyone else was having the issue first (see if it was just a Vivaldi on macOS only or other OSes too).
Side note @Gwen-Dragon Were you on MyOpera also? (user name looks familiar)

Have this on two Windows 10 and a Linux Arch Client. Last Stable Version on every Client
