I just switched to Vivaldi yesterday and have been loving it so far. However, I am experiencing an issue where a right click doesn't bring up a context menu at all. Being someone who works with front-end design, this is rather debilitating.
I believe it may be due to tiling tabs because so far that's to only time it happens. Even after I un-tile a tab I experience the issue.

Can the same be said about resizing windows in tile view? That seems to not work correctly for me either.
Is there a place where I can view the master list of known bugs?

Thankfully I finally figured out why my "right click" wasn't working. I use a trackpad with two finger tap for right-click enabled. Disabling Vivaldi's "Allow Rocker Gestures" setting resolved this issue for me.
