Custom animated .gif image as a loading tab icon [favicon spinner]…

Please add an option to let us set our own custom animated .gif image as a loading tab icon [favicon spinner]. Example, I want to set mine to be a custom blinking light when a tab is loading.

I saw something newer, but I don't remember in what section was.
