How to configure DNS for Vivaldi
ineuw last edited by ineuw
@lamarca There was no DNS in the Network Manager. The fields were empty. It used the router's DNS embedded by the ISP. I cannot edit most of the router data, or rather, I had access after a factory reset, but the moment I connected to the ISP, they overwrote my edits. I hope this answers your question. This is the DNS embedded in the router.
Primary DNS: 188.8.131.52
Secondary DNS: 184.108.40.206
My work consists in controlling and protecting resources.
DSN & DSN have the same letters. There is a particularity how the brain interprets information. Not very often I commit the same mistake - DSN stands for Data Set Name. The computers used by your generations is different

I found this thread, but i solved another method for me (Siduction based on Debian/sid).
/etc/resolv.confis not a symlink file.
/etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf and replace
#prepend domain-name-servers 127.0.0.1;
to (example for Cloudfire and Google DNS)
prepend domain-name-servers 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124;
Check the name servers in
chattr +i /etc/resolv.confis not good idea.
