Help with editing pinned tabs?
-
How do i modify pinned tabs? Want to change their width and background and some other stuff (mostly when the tab bar is at the top), checked the forums and found stuff like:
.tab-position .tab.pinned .tab-header{ width: 60px !important; } .tab-position .tab.pinned .progress-indicator { width: 60px !important; }
Which didn't work.

@cail The width is set on
.tab-position
. I think you can't change the width of an element depending on its child in css. Vivaldi is probably doing this with react/javascript. -
@luetage I would had imagined, that you could set some initial value, especially for pinned tabs since those won't shrink or change size. but makes sense it would be on the JS side.
Anyways, if someone has ideas about this(?) -
It doesn't work.
.tab.pinned { min-width: 160px; } works but other tabs are placed under a pinned tab.
Any working solution?

@H0w4rd Haven't seen a solution yet. This neither implies it's impossible, nor that it's especially complicated of course.
