Reading mode button doesn't show up
-
I'm having complete hit or miss on whether the button will show up. This article I just read worked when I first loaded it, and now I can't get it back. No matter how many times I refresh, or load it in a new tab.

When I was in reading mode the button disappeared, so the only way to get out, to read the comments, was to refresh the page. Since then I've not been able to get it back.

Works for me on snapshot, every time I try – just takes a few seconds until the reader mode button is being shown.

It work again if I delete all cookies from wired.

@omen_20 said in Reading mode button doesn't show up:

When the button is not visible, the shortcut ( Alt-V ) still works for me.

Someone mentioned cookies, and I did disable third party cookies recently. So it's possible that is the issue. No other sites have given me problems so I had forgotten about that checkbox.
Wired.com's homepage is giving me a lot of problems with scrolling, so I'm going to guess their site just really breaks without cookies.
I don't have an ad-block extension installed.
