Setting colors on Vivaldi Communities theme
-
I have a dumb question. I set the Vivaldi Communities theme for my blog and hit
Customize
andColors
. I remember from half a year ago that there were many color entries in this place to edit the look. Now only background color remains. So how do I set the foreground color, or color of titles and such? What I found out is that I can hit the Vivaldi Communities entry/picture in the theme overview and then Theme Options at the bottom – this opens another view which allows for setting link colors, footer background and layout options, but still no foreground color. It's confusing -
If its gone from the Theme Options page, It may have been removed from the theme entirely. I guess you would need to contact whoever is in charge of maintaining that theme, I'm not sure who that is though.
I unfortunately cannot attest to how it worked in the first place.

Hi. Yes the customize options for that theme are a bit limited at the moment. There are more options avialable in the 'Cocoa New' theme though. And I think in one of the other themes as well. We are going to make some more and better themes soon.

@fdesign Hmm, there's no way to set foreground color on Cocoa either. I believe it's a regression, because we used to be able to do dark themes – I had one myself in the beginning, but now it seems impossible to set one up. Therefore something must have changed over the last months.
The premade themes are handy, but it would be far more natural to be able to write your own CSS sheet for any given theme, that's what I would like to see.
