Middle-click on Tab Bar to Open New Tab

@Shion Opera was "slow" with 200 developers and essentially bottomless funds. Vivaldi has 20 developers and strictly limited funds. It totally baffles me how one could take longer to implement a feature than the other.

That is just one of several ways to open a new tab. Try:
- GestureDown (hold right mouse button and drag down)
- Right-click on a tab, New Tab
Or Ctrl+T if using the keyboard.
