@Gwen-Dragon Thanks so much! I cannot imagine how this cannot affect others (I am now disconnected from using vivaldi and have to resort to Firefox) being a total blocker for me on Linux.
On the up side, I have been using vivaldi-snapshot for all the years now and found it rock stable always! I am tempted to do like all other people and write it to year-2020's account

Hi! I have been using Vivaldi for years, but I noticed with version 3.5.2115.87 an annoying bug appeared that cancels the downloads of video and image files regardless of the site.
Downloads arrive at 0 bytes after the download gets complicated and does not actually download the video and image files.
This thing happened to me with all the portable vivaldi installations I have on my computer.
My pc has windows 7 64bit (professional)

Convenient FirewallThe two security software apparently in the logs did not hinder vivaldi in any way. Though I uninstalled the flash plug-in, but I don't think it could be a possible cause for chorme based browsers, because for now they have their own version of built-in flash player.
