I just had a go in the latest snapshot. It seems to be mostly fixed, but the following is still persistent (from my bug report):

• Attempting to restore any tab after restarting the Vivaldi app results in all favicons inside the window panel closed tab menu being blurry at a forced lower 16px resolution.

As you can see, web favicons stay blurry inside the history panel, internal favicons stay normal.

Furthermore, the proper internal favicons are not displayed while viewing the trash can menu.
