This is a long awaited feature on mobile, I don't know why the address bar always is at the top, and the phones are soon a feet long.
Ive made a mockup of how it would look with most things located at the bottom.
Please please allow for this

@trondjac to be fair we can just remove the tab strip and make the tab blocks inside the selector just like they are in chrome.

Definitely needed. For me the best design is brave and second Firefox preview. If we can already have the Vivaldi button at bottom it would be a lot easier to share the page or search in it.....
I see it is a work in progress , any schedule eventually?

We really need this, please add soon
I cant trust yandex or kiwi for bottom address bar
@trondjac This would be absolutely amazing. I hate having to reach up just to hit a button. This functionality is why despite its incredible security and privacy issues I stuck with Yandex Browser for so long.
If Vivaldi could look exactly like your mockup, I would not have want for another browser.
I hope it will be optional, user switchable

And tab bar also, please!
@LongLife Yes, indeed. It makes much more sense. Thanks for suggestion.
Difinitely needed. This will breing lots of users currently using Chrome and other browsers.
Now available for testing
The option to move the Address Bar and Tab Bar to the bottom is now available in Vivaldi 3.3 from Vivaldi menu > Settings > Appearance.
Check out the release blog here: https://vivaldi.com/blog/vivaldi-on-android-configurable-address-bar-tab-bar/ and let us know, how much you like the new option by giving us 5 on the Play Store.
