Add Website Availability Checker into "This Site Cannot be Reached" Warning Page

Please add these FREE service links into "This site can’t be reached" warning page, beside the RELOAD button:
https://isitdownorjust.me
http://downuptime.net
http://isthissitedown.net
https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime -
Add option (preferably on the warning page) to auto-fetch result (Up/Down) from these services & display 'em within warning page. Thus we get better idea what's going on immediately when encounter this warning page.
Thanks.

Here is an example, using a very simple code: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/3512-is-it-down-right-now-reek/code
GM_registerMenuCommand("Is It Down Right Now ?", function () { location.href = "http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/downorjustme.php?url=" + location.host; });
And here are some extensions: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/DownForEveryoneOrJustMe
I think it shouldn't take more than an hour to implant this feature into the warning page.
Hey, this could be a selling point as improved security feature for Vivaldi! -
@dude99

@mib2berlin Those sites are services to check whether if a site is down from multiple locations.
The OP wants these services to be implemented in Vivaldi to check if a site is really down for everyone or just him after a site fails to load.

@mib2berlin Hi, have u ever stumble into similar warning page when visiting some website?
This warning doesn't really tell you much about what's really going on right? It could be various reasons: maybe there is an error while loading the webpage, or the website server is offline, or your ISP's DNS is malfunction, or your big brother government is blocking/censored that website...etc.
Using those services above will tell you more about what's going on, & allow you to take appropriate action. Usually we have to do it manually, which is kinda cumbersome & unfriendly to noobs. My suggestion is to made it easier & user friendly for everyone.
Thanks & hope my explanation is helpful.

Would be nice if add Tor mode into the same page:

A link checker (and maybe a cache retrieval) too would be very useful for "the site not reached" page
