Bookmark tab got all scrambled, can't find my frequent bookmarks any more

Ever since this current download, my list of frequently visited tabs (mostly but not all news sites) has disappeared. I have current bookmarks, but I can't drag and drop to reorganize. What is going on? I have rebooted both Vivaldi and my computer, so it couldn't be that, could it?

Also, just as a matter of interest, where the %$#@! are the Themes? I want to change mine and don't have the expertise to create my own. I don't like what I currently have.
