Messages disappeared after system downtime



  • Hello,
    many old messages (from march 9 to march 21) have been disappeared from my inbox probably since the system downtime. How can I retrieve them?

  • I have the same problem too. I did what Ayespy said to do and sent them a message. This is their response " Thanks for reaching out to us!

    @love2learn Wait to hear back from them. A community developer has to restore your email. No one else can. That email is how to reach them.

  • I have the same problem, there's a gap with no messages in the inbox, between March 9 and March 25. Could you please restore them, or do I need to send a support request to someone directly? Thanks

    @anttil Please be kind enough to read a thread to which you are replying. You will need to follow the same instructions I have given five replies above yours and seven replies above yours, and Send a message to Vivaldi. As I mentioned, A community developer has to restore your email. No one else can. That email is how to reach them.

    As it is the Easter weekend, there may be a delay in response to your email. However, I am confident they will take care of it.
