Option/Shortcuts to Cycle/Scroll/Switch Tabs only Inside Current Stack

Maybe I have missed/misunderstood some options, but looks like "Cycle in Tab Order" don't respect tabs order in stacks, but considers (or not) tab's order before moment of adding that tab into stack.
Here is scenario:
- make 2 stacks with several tabs inside;
- ctr+t to open new tab apart from stacks;
- drag that tab into first stack;
- try to switch between tabs with scroll;
As result tab focus will be "jumping" between stacks, which is kinda annoying, so is it a bug or not?
Would be nice to have option to cycle/switch/scroll tabs only within a current stack with respect of tabs ordering inside same current stack.
Also would be nice to have separate hotkeys for this action.
is it a bug or not?
No, it tab cycling is designed to cycle between all tabs.
A shortcut for next/previous tab in a stack would be useful.
