Bogus message from YouTube?

In Vivaldi (1.14.1077.55 (Stable channel) (64-bit)) this url:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEiODVUdUVU
yields a YouTube message:
"Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available.
Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video."Yet, the same url on Firefox ESR 52.6.0 plays the proper video:
"Bernie Endorses Marie Newman Over Pelosi's Anti-LGBT Candidate."Usually, on Vivaldi, that same "HTML5" message is used to mean "that video no longer exists". But,
this time is seems to mean something else. -
Vivaldi needs codecs to play some videos and audio.
Download and run this script. For Stable version, use the switch "-u". Preface with sudo.
vivaldi-libffmpeg-install.sh -u
After installing, check the page test at: https://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html

Hi, Gwen-Dragon. I am running Solydx-9 (xfce based on debian 9). I can't seem to get there from here. When I copy/paste your script into a terminal, the terminal just eats it and disappears. When I try the same with /usr/bin or my home dir then I am not allowed to paste it. My system sees that script as totally alien. There is nothing in my repositories that contains the string "ffmpeg-codecs-extra"

Your script sent a message telling me not to use your script on Solydxk. I assumed that was from you. However, after I did some reading, I installed libavcodec-extra from a Solydx repo and the url I sent worked fine.
