Vertical Tabs - Show Grouped Tabs as in Window Panel
-
When user uses Left bar position and grouped tabs, to change between tabs user needs to click on very tiny strip
Or on popup with thumbnails previews.I would like to use grouped vertical tabs in the same way as in Window list:
Where I can collapse/uncollaps grouped tabs.Of course I can use Window list, but I need to click twice there to show me this tab.

Vertical tabs and grouped tabs are a powerful feature that absolutely makes a difference, especially for power users. I really love these features, but in their current status, they feel unfinished features.
It would be awesome if you could implement a tree view for grouped tabs because the standard group presentation doesn't make much sense with a vertical tab bar. I know we can use the window panel to achieve this, but then it's not possible tu use other panels at the same time, which is a pity.
Also, there should be some visual indicator for pinned vertical tabs.
Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I've already know that in the Window panel, but I think a similar feature should be implemented in the vertical tab bar. For me, I don't use the Window panel because I can't use other panels at the same time.
