In Opera it was possible to draw websites not on the fly but to load all the content first and then draw. I know with most webapps it's not really usable anymore as most stuff is lazy loaded, but still, would be nice to have.

Might be useful to prevent Vivaldi slowdown when open/loading multiple tabs together, & reduce rendering bottleneck problem for weaker PC.
