Excellent article and good extensions. Allow me to add some more you can mention, in the field of productivity and safety, which have given me very good results
Dr.Web An extension that allows you to scan suspicious URLs in case they have viruses or other malware from the contextual menu.
Imgur Uploader Excellent imagesharer from the contextual menu
Lunapic Right Click Edit One of the best image and gif editor online, more than 200 efects and over 1000 fonts you can use with a few clicks
A suggestion for the translator. Maybe IM Translator is better than Google Translate, since it has similar functions, but unlike this it includes not only Google's translator, but also Bing's and one's own, which for inverse translation can be an advantage, why In some languages, the Bing translator is better.
Translate words, selected text, whole page, diccionary with voice and reverse translation from the icon in the taskbar (pop-up textbox) -
@digressingme I don't get the article, but besides that... You state Vivaldi comes with a limited number of extensions, but can use Chrome extensions, which is strictly false. Vivaldi comes with no extensions and lets you use the full extension catalog of the biggest extension provider – chrome webstore. You might want to fix that.

Redundant extensions---such as those that purport to provide malware and phishing protection, which is already baked in to FF, Chrome, Vivaldi, et. al.---make me suspicious.
No, it is trust. It is true that Vivaldo incorporates (optional) the Google anti-phishing filter, but it works to click on the link or not, while this extension checks this link without having to click on it with a whole list of reputable antivirus, analyzing the page and the links in it.
The Google filter is based on a list of reported sites and lets you pass if the page is not in the list, it does not scan, like this extension the links on the page (which can even be https (!!!) as happens lately with some misleading pages)
Dr Web Dr Web is one of the oldest Antivirus companies (since 1992) -
@catweazle thank you, will surely give them a try
