Allow AsciiDoc Syntax in Notes
-
I prefer AsciiDoc instead of Markdown, thus I would like to write my notes in this syntax.
With Asciidoctor.js it seems to be easily solved.

+1 to this. I also prefer AsciiDoc to Markdown and it's myriad issues.

I currently do my Vivaldi's Notes using AsciiDoc haha but it would be super nice to be able to have them rendered in the proper way.
Good feature suggestion dude! -
Some time has passed... So, just to update: is Asciidoctor support being considered for a future release?
THANKS! -
I, for instance, would love this. I know it's a dead topic (it's being without any updates since 2018), but I don't think it'd difficult to implement, just having it as an option at the rendering pane. So, MD could be the default, but having a combobox from which you can choose a rendering option in case it's using a particular syntax.
Even more: That could be easily extended in the future, adding to the rendering list a subset of HTML, for example. Or BBCode. It would be extremely useful for keeping code snippets, for example.
