[1.15.1099.3] Loading indicator in URL bar doesn't shows loading after switching tab (VB-37939)
-
When a page loading for a long time and I switching tabs until it ends, the address bar color seems to be the loading ended, but it's not.
Vivaldi 1.15.1099.3 x64
Windows 7 SP1 x64 -
1.15.1104.3 got released few minutes ago, try updating.

@gwen-dragon Nope, it didn't fix it. Tried to disable all of my plugins, restart Vivaldi, but nothing changed. Anyone can confirm this behaviour? (for example http://siliconfilter.com/the-slowest-tech-news-sites-scobleizer-pre-central-cult-of-mac-moconews-gizmodo-infographic/ doesn't seems to get loaded in a couple of seconds for me).

@gwen-dragon Maybe my ISP causing this, try another site or save this to an HTML file and open in Vivaldi (DOM is never ready, thus the loading bar stays in "loading state"):
<html> <head> <script> while(1) { } </script> </head> <body> Never reached </body> </html>

@gwen-dragon
localhost:8080
is the address of the server (virtual machine) where the website in the example is hosted. But I have the same experience on other (slow) sites too.Tried out
vivaldi.exe --user-data-dir="%TEMP%\VIVTEST"
, same results. -
@gwen-dragon I think you misunderstood me: it's a graphical bug - the adress bar is colored when the page is not loaded fully (gray), switching tabs "reseting" the background color (to white), when the "indicator" is refreshed (because some data is received, so the loading continued) the background color is refreshing too, thus it's color is gray again. Maybe this screencast helps to understand my problem:
EDIT
As I see the downloaded kilobytes disappearing too, so the original problem is that the whole "indicator" gets hidden on switching tabs.
