Both have a dystopian message, but it may not be many years before we see high functioning Androids. The second is about a robot created by the CEO of the biggest Internet search engine.

Boy, Did I Get a Wrong Number 1966 Starring Bob Hope Elke Sommer
https://youtu.be/qc8yG0IACfMIt is shockingly bad... shyt acting, crap plot, infuriatingly sexist, horribly cliched.
After only a few minutes i was about to angrily close the tab, but then i found a way to make it tolerable... speed set to 2X. Now the suite of ridiculousness is complete.
Gaaaah. Can't stand it anymore... still 36' to go, but i'm outta here.

Just finished https://criticalpopcorn.com/2017/03/05/indie-film-review-the-darkest-dawn/ The Darkest Dawn on NF. What a crock. All these Blair Witch hand-held camera pointless-yelling budget indie film sensibilities have really become a drag.
Furthermore... why is it that the central unyielding trope of SciFi alien movies is that they're gonna invade us & end us with violent malice aplenty? Why can't humans imagine an alternative reality wherein they visit, sit down with us for a cuppa & scones, then compare favourite knitting patterns?
Sheesh.

@Steffie Cause humans see aliens as only being humans from outer space, so greedy, warlike, overbearing (and worst of all, probably windows users ).
