Scroll To links (#) don't work at documentation of xcrud.com

Hello Vivaldi People
- I love this browser.
- Scroll To links don't work. This is apparently a bug in Chrome. Scrolling down a long page to (#) links has been around forever, I'm surprised it doesn't work in Vivaldi. Here is an example page: http://xcrud.com/documentation/index.html ...click on the links in the left navbar. They work in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

@davex64 Confirmed that it works in Opera 12.18 and Firefox 58, but not in Vivaldi. There is no problem with scrolling to anchors on a page — I use it extensively on my own website, but that xcrud page seems to be constructed differently.
Confirmed on internal 1.15 version.
Confirmed on Chrome 64.0.3282.140 too!

@gwen-dragon I submitted the bug report...sorry about the lag, got busy with work
@DaveX64 Please contact the webmaster of the page to fix it for Chromium based browsers!
Bad JS programming on the page. Not a Vivaldi bug as it fails in Chrome and Opera, too.
They seem to be using a jQuery plugin called "scrollTo". Why on earth they want to use that as well as #element urls, I have no idea. The jQuery version they're using is also very out of date.
Not a bug of Vivaldi, so it is a Wont fix.
