I Installed vivaldi on my mac-PC recently but found no extensions (and no panels etc.).
However, I have a lot of extensions on my win-PC. -
@yoghurtlu Maybe a bug. They are included by default.

I chose "all the data" as always. Should I change to "all the selected data"?
Does "all the data" include the extensions? -

I don't see my web panels sync'ed, only extensions. Is the web panel sync feature available?

Had to reinstall Vivaldi recently and was frustrated that my web panels didn't come over.
Microsoft Edge handled it just fine.

I'm referring about the Local System Profile folder on your computer.There, the Panels can be exported/imported from the Preferences file.

This topic is from 2018! So, I guess we will never have panel sync!

This topic was marked “In Progress” today, which means that the Vivaldi team is now working on this feature, but it is not yet clear when this feature will be available.
