Clicking on Google-Search Result does not work
I use Vivaldi 1.14.1077.39 on KDENeon 5.8.8 (Ubuntu 16.04 base, Plasma 5.8) at the moment. Since a couple of snapshot drops back I notice that clicking on a result of a Google search does not bring up the respective pages on ANY of the search results. It only underlines some unrelated other text on the page. Everything works again for a while when I shut down and restart Vivaldi.

Same here, usually. The problem is the mouse pointer is offset on google search pages and certain other pages for some reason. The pointer problem was reported on some previous snapshots, but has made it through to the stable version.

Same behavior here (vivaldi 1.14.1077.41 on linux mint mate 18.3).
This bug seems to affect linux only (mac and windows versions are ok).
Can not reproduce it:
Debian 8.10 | KDE 4.1.4.
Debian 9 | KDE 5.28.0 | Qt 5.7.1

Did you tried several times?
It works fine for a while after vivaldi is started but after some time (4-5minutes) and several other tab opened, the bug occurs.
@klems : Yes! it keeps recurring after some time when I close/restart Vivaldi. Repeatedly clicking on a link obviously doesn't help the situation...
@hstoellinger It basically makes Vivaldi unusable in MY environment!!
