Cannot Launch External Applications in Vivaldi 1.14

Trying to launch any external applications through the web browser now fails in Vivaldi 1.14.

We have many broken URL schemes with ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME erro message since Chromium 64 code in Vivaldi 1.14.
Bug has to be fixed.

Ah, good to know. Then this will be fixed soon I think/hope.

Was really surprised when suddenly ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME appeared. Thought first it is my fault and looked for some options but found nothing until I looked here and found this thread. sighs
